Item Questionnaire with university students on STEM studies in Higher Education (QSTEMHE)(GRIAL Research Group, 2024-02) Verdugo-Castro, Sonia; García-Holgado, Alicia; Sánchez-Gómez, Mª CruzIn some countries, there is gender segregation in some fields of study, one case being the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) sector. For this reason, the Questionnaire with university students on STEM studies in Higher Education (QSTEMHE) has been designed. The instrument has been empirically validated (Verdugo-Castro et al., 2022b). It is part of the research carried out through Sonia Verdugo-Castro's doctoral thesis at the University of Salamanca (Verdugo-Castro, 2022). The objective pursued with the application of the QSTEMHE questionnaire is to find out the gender stereotypes that university students have about higher STEM studies once the factors that affect this gender gap have been identified (Verdugo-Castro, García-Holgado, et al., 2023). The questionnaire is composed of four blocks, two of which contain socio-demographic and contextual questions, another contains open questions (Verdugo-Castro, Sánchez-Gómez, et al., 2023) and another block contains items in which statements are made to which one must respond with the degree of agreement or disagreement about the opinion that one has as a university student about higher studies related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (Verdugo-Castro et al., 2020, 2022a). The dimensions to which the validated opinion items are associated are Gender Ideology (D3), Interests (D1), Attitudes (D4), Perception and Self-perception (D2) and Expectations about Science (D5) (Verdugo-Castro et al., 2022b). Concerning some questions linked to gender, the research has been approached with respect and inclusion of the different gender identities, knowing that gender is not limited to the binary classification of male and female. However, some questions refer to men and women due to the historical tendency of segregation between the two genders in the field of study. In the application of the questionnaire in the framework of the doctoral thesis of Sonia Verdugo-Castro (Verdugo-Castro, 2022), the data obtained have been processed in an aggregated and anonymous way once the favourable report of the Bioethics Committee (CBE) of the University of Salamanca has been obtained, with registration number 557. Finally, some items have been deleted since the instrument has been subjected to validation procedures. For this reason, in this final version presented, next to the codes identifying each item, in some of them, there is a reference in italics and in grey, in brackets, which is associated with the identifying values of the questionnaire in its first version. Ainsi, un modèle d'évaluation est proposé dans lequel, en plus d'évaluer les 3 dimensions habituelles des modèles de TAM (utilité perçue, facilité perçue, intention comportementale), 7 dimensions externes sont incluses en relation avec l'influence sociale (norme subjective; image sociale), le contexte professionnel (volonté, pertinence, résultats d’utilisation, contrôle externe de l’outil) et le contexte personnel (anxiété).Item Questionnaire to measure Educational Technologies Acceptance in Moroccan Public Universities(GRIAL Research Group, 2019-02-27) Martínez-Abad, Fernando; García-Holgado, Alicia; García-Peñalvo, Francisco J.; Rodríguez-Conde, Mª JoséThe project “Support to the Higher Education system in Morocco within the framework of a rapprochement with the European Higher Education Area” (Appui au Système de l'Enseignement supérieur au Maroc dans le cadre d'un rapprochement avec l'Espace européen de l'Enseignem), is an European Project whose general objective is accompanying, assisting and promoting the reform of the Moroccan higher education system within the framework of its strategic vision 2015-2030 and its approach to the European Higher Education Area in order to improve the employability of graduates and the governance of the university system. In the development of Component 3 (Mission 3.1), Diversification des modalités d’enseignement (stratégie e-learning), it is important to know the perception and opinion of teachers from Moroccan public universities related to the state, use and prospection of educational technologies in their teaching activity. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire based on the extended TAM model has been designed (Technology Acceptance Model). Item Questionnaire on Indicators on the Penetration and Use of Educational Technologies in Moroccan Public Universities(GRIAL Research Group, 2019-02-27) García-Peñalvo, Francisco J.; Rodríguez-Conde, Mª José; Martínez-Abad, Fernando; García-Holgado, AliciaThe project “Support to the Higher Education system in Morocco within the framework of a rapprochement with the European Higher Education Area” (Appui au Système de l'Enseignement supérieur au Maroc dans le cadre d'un rapprochement avec l'Espace européen de l'Enseignem), is an European Project whose general objective is accompanying, assisting and promoting the reform of the Moroccan higher education system within the framework of its strategic vision 2015-2030 and its approach to the European Higher Education Area in order to improve the employability of graduates and the governance of the university system. This report has the questionnaire elaborated to get a basic knowledge of some indicators on the incorporation and use of educational technologies In Moroccan Public Universities.Item Inclusion of gender perspective in Computer Engineering careers. Elaboration of a questionnaire to assess the gender gap in Tertiary Education(IEEE, 2018-04-17) García-Holgado, A.; Mena, J.; García-Peñalvo, F. J.; González, C.Gender inequality is a global problem present in all facets of life to a greater or lesser degree. In the fields of Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, both in career and work contexts, the gender gap continues. The percentage of women who study or work in the technology sector is around 25% according to different international reports. The incorporation of gender studies in the curricula is considered one of the main actions to close the gender gap in tertiary education. Education programs should approach conceptual mismatches between gender or sex and change its foundations to guarantee equal education for any person by limiting the influence of social stereotypes and dominant culture. There are few studies that aim at describing what is the main stream viewpoints among students from research instruments previously validated. This work describes the process to elaborate a questionnaire on gender perspectives and its validation in order to describe what students of Computer Engineering careers think and what changes can be implemented accordingly in future education programs to close the gender gap.Item Semester of Code Evaluation: Questionnaire for academic supervisors(2015) García-Peñalvo, Francisco J.; Cruz-Benito, Juan; Griffiths, DavidItem Semester of Code Evaluation: Questionnaire for students(2015) García-Peñalvo, Francisco J.; Cruz-Benito, Juan; Griffiths, DavidItem Semester of Code Evaluation: Questionnaire for mentors(2015) García-Peñalvo, Francisco J.; Cruz-Benito, Juan; Griffiths, David
