J.; Amo, D.Learning analytics processes have an increased relevance in the digitization and virtualization of learning and teaching due to COVID-19, this analytical practice may mean improvements in K-12 levels in Spain. The work aims to expose the principal scientific publications regarding Learning analytics at these educational levels through a systematic mapping study. The authors set the hypothesis that there is limited research in such an educational context. Results validate the hypothesis and foster to continue the work through a deeper systematic review.Item Association rules with SIA in B-Learning Courses: A mapping review(Editorial Virtual Argentina, 2017-04-20) Pazmiño-Maji, R. Á.According to scopus between the years 2012 and 2016 there are 3556 scientific documents about Blended Learning, these have been and are still an emerging learning methodology. With this document, we determine the association rules with statistical implicative analysis (SIA) in B-Learning courses in Science Faculty at the ESPOCH University. To this end, we use mapping review in the blended learning courses used in the last 5 years (2012 to 2016) in Institutional platform, milaulas.com, and google. We started with 3350 B-Learning courses and finally 13 had all quality criteria. This document also describe a Institutional experience about Association rules with SIA in B-Learning Courses in the last five years.Item Statistical Implicative Analysis Approximation to KDD and Data Mining: A Systematic and Mapping Review in Knowledge Discovery Database Framework(IARIA XPS Press, 2017-05-21) Pazmiño-Maji, R. A.; García-Peñalvo, F. J.; Conde-González, M. Á.According to Scopus, only in the year 2016, there were 15747 scientific papers about data mining and KDD. These have been and remain useful technologies. In this paper, we determine the approximation level of SIA to KDD and Data Mining. To this end, we have created an approximation framework based on definition and step process proposed by Fayyad. We use mapping review and ystematic review from literature published in the last 5 years in bibliographic databases ACM, EBSCO, Google Scholar, IEEE, ProQuest, Scopus and WOS. We started with 200 papers and finally, 35 had all quality criteria.
