Presentation made in the W-STEM International Leadership Summit, held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia on November 25-26th, 2019. It describes the problem of the low participation of women in STEM worldwide and its impacts in Latin America. This was made within the ERASMUS + Capacity-building in Higher Education European Project (Ref. 598923-EPP-1-2018-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP).
